A license allows to install and use Opencart REST API on a site for an unlimited period of time. This is not a subscription!
A site refers to a website created using Opencart that has its own URL and might have its own domain name.
You can use the same license on your dev / test / production environment.
When you purchase the plugin, the order is then processed and a download email is sent. The download emails are sent to the email that was used at time of purchase.
